RACES

The IndyCar Series is the premier open-wheel series in the United States, competing on a challenging combination of superspeedways, short ovals, scenic road courses and temporary street circuits. In 2008 the IndyCar Series will conduct 15 events in the US and one in Japan, all available worldwide through a comprehensive, long-term agreement with ESPN, including all races broadcast in High-Definition. A leader in motorsports technology, the IndyCar Series is the first racing series to power its Honda engines on 100 percent fuel-grade ethanol, a renewable and environmentally-friendly fuel. The IndyCar Series continues to the be the fastest and most competitive racing series, attracting a diverse lineup of drivers including Marco Andretti, Helio Castroneves, Danica Patrick and Dan Wheldon.

The American Le Mans Series features high-tech, relevant sports cars from the most prestigious automobile manufacturers in the world. Its unique four classes of competition showcase exotic, open-top prototypes and sophisticated production-based GT cars, all competing on the track at the same time. The Series represents a mirror image to the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans.  The American Le Mans Series is the only motorsports body in the world that features multiple street-legal alternative energy sources - clean diesel, and E10 and E85 cellulosic ethanols.

The Indy Pro Series is the premier ladder series for drivers and teams striving to compete in the IndyCar Series and the Indianapolis 500.  Run in conjunction with IndyCar Series, the Indy Pro Series' 16-race schedule features eight races on road courses/street circuits and eight races on ovals. Teams compete for nearly $4 million in prize money in cars that are second only in speed to the IndyCar Series at most tracks they visits.
