Steven Van Zandt Hosts Live Version of “Little Steven's Underground Garage” at Seminole Hard Rock's stage at

Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (March 21, 2006) - Steven Van Zandt will host a live version of his radio show “Little Steven's Underground Garage” at the Seminole Hard Rock stage at the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg on Saturday, April 1.

Best known as the longtime guitarist from Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, as well as his role as Silvio Dante in The Sopranos, Little Steven Van Zandt and an all-star lineup of garage bands will perform for fans at the Honda Plaza inside the race circuit, located adjacent to the Mahaffey Theater.  The show begins at 10 a.m. for Honda Grand Prix ticket holders.

The Romantics (Detroit), one of the classic garage bands of all time, best known for the party anthem “What I Like About You,” will headline the tour with The Fleshtones (New York City), The Forty-Fives (Atlanta), The Charms (Boston), and The Shazam (Nashville). Little Steven's Underground Garage has become the most successful and fastest growing syndicated rock show in the country.  When his show premiered in 2001, Hard Rock International was the title sponsor.
