YELLOWCARD TO PERFORM AT GRAND PRIX CONCERT ON APRIL 1

Yellowcard to Perform at Grand Prix Concert on April 1
Concert Hosted by Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg and XM

ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. (March 13, 2007) --- The Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg and XM will join together to present a concert starring multi-platinum-selling rock group Yellowcard after the race, Sunday, April 1.
The IndyCar Series race begins Sunday, April 1 at 2:45 p.m., and Yellowcard will take the stage 30 minutes after the race, at approximately 5:15 p.m. The performance will be held in the Honda Plaza, located inside the race circuit adjacent to the Mahaffey Theater.
The punk-inspired quintet Yellowcard formed in Jacksonville, Fla. in 1997.  In late 2004, the band released the double platinum album Ocean Avenue and the hits “Back Home,” "Way Away," "Only One," and the title track continued to impact MTV and Top 40 radio for the rest of the year. Yellowcard's sophomore effort, Where We Stand, was reissued in June 2005, and Lights and Sounds was released in early 2006. Upon its first week of release, Lights and Sounds entered the Billboard Top 200 at number five and earned the number one spot on the Alternative Album chart, quickly gaining momentum on the 2.5-million-selling Ocean Avenue.
The Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, the first street-circuit race on the 2007 IndyCar Series schedule, will be run on a 1.8-mile, 14-turn course through the streets of St. Petersburg on Sunday, April 1.  Qualifying and practice sessions for the inaugural event will be held on Friday, March 30 and Saturday, March 31.  The inaugural running of the Acura Sports Car Challenge of St. Petersburg on the American Le Mans Series gets under way at 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 31.
The Yellowcard concert is included in the race day ticket for Sunday, April 1.  Tickets for Sunday range from $40 for general admission tickets to $80 for prime reserved grandstand seats and are available at all Ticketmaster ticket centers.  For more information or to purchase tickets contact the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg box office at (727) 892-5767 or online at www.gpstpete.com or visit Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com.
