The Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by Michelin championship will celebrate its 20th season of racing in 2025 and will once again feature a stellar schedule of seven doubleheader events totaling 14 races across a mix of familiar road courses, rovals and street circuits.

For the fifth season in-a-row, the Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup season will kick off at Daytona International Speedway as part of the Rolex 24 At Daytona event weekend. The roval configuration of the legendary speedway has rapidly developed into a must-watch event, producing some of the most thrilling finishes in series history.

Andersen Promotions Confirms  2025 USF Pro Championships Schedules

PALMETTO, Fla. – The 2025 calendar of events for USF Pro Championships Presented by Continental Tire – the proven, scholarship-funded driver development ladder system – was unveiled today. The schedule for the three rungs comprised of USF Pro 2000, USF2000 and USF Juniors will once again provide the rising talents in open-wheel racing with premier venues to showcase their skills with over $1.43M in prize money and awards on offer.

Of the 52 total races across the three series, 36 will be held in support of INDYCAR kicking off at the popular NTT INDYCAR SERIES season-opener on the streets of St. Petersburg, Fla.

Palou Claims Third Title; Herta Gets First Oval Win at Nashville

LEBANON, Tenn. (Sunday, Sept. 15, 2024) – Alex Palou joined the immortals of more than a century of North American open-wheel racing Sunday, winning his third NTT INDYCAR SERIES championship at the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix Presented by Gainbridge at Nashville Superspeedway.

Palou finished 11th in the No. 10 DHL Chip Ganassi Racing Honda, more than enough to clinch his third Astor Challenge Cup in the last four years. His closest title rival, Will Power, went five laps down early in the race due to a disconnected seat belt in the No. 12 Verizon Business Team Penske Chevrolet and finished 24th, eight laps down.

Firestone To Continue as NTT INDYCAR SERIES Exclusive Tire Supplier through Long-Term Extension

Power Gains Ground on Palou with Portland Victory

Power earned his series-leading third victory of the 2024 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season in the No. 12 Verizon Business Team Penske Chevrolet and gained ground on championship leader Alex Palou with three races remaining. O’Ward slid his No. 5 Arrow McLaren Chevrolet sideways through the final corner on the 13-turn, 2.258-mile Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course to hold off Palou’s No. 10 Ridgeline Lubricants Chip Ganassi Racing Honda by .4993 of a second, the closest finish this season on a road or street circuit.
